Unannounced Surveillance Cadence

Post-certification evidence schedule and re-certification thresholds.

1. Standing evidence feed

Certified organisations provide a standing feed of incidents, material model changes, governance committee minutes, and complaint-register summaries. Cadence is tiered to ribbon level.

2. Scheduled surveillance

At minimum: annual desk review (Bronze), annual on-site plus one spot review (Silver), two reviews including one short-notice (Gold), continuous assurance with quarterly review (Platinum).

3. Unannounced surveillance triggers

Triggers include a public incident, regulatory action, whistleblower report deemed credible, material change in system or deployment context, and statistical anomaly in the evidence feed.

4. Re-certification thresholds

A full re-certification is triggered by a critical non-conformity, cumulative major non-conformities exceeding the published threshold, a material change to in-scope systems, or expiry of the certification cycle.

5. Right of access

Surveillance access rights are contractual and survive disputes; obstruction is itself a critical non-conformity.
